Refund Eligibility

At bluetaxi, we strive to provide you with a reliable and efficient transportation service. We understand that situations may arise where you may need to request a refund for your booking. To ensure a transparent and fair refund process, we have outlined our refund eligibility criteria below.
Request Timing: Customers are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their booking within the specified cancellation window, which is typically 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Service Disruptions: In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as technical issues, driver unavailability, or other service disruptions leading to the cancellation of your ride, you are eligible for a full refund. Unsatisfactory Service Experience: If you experience significant issues during your ride, such as vehicle cleanliness, driver behavior, or other service-related concerns, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of the ride to discuss your experience. Refund eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Reason for Refund: We appreciate your feedback and encourage you to share the reason for seeking a refund to help us improve our services.

Refund Process

To request a refund, customers must contact our customer support team via support@bluetaxi.in Please provide your booking reference number, date and time of the service, and a detailed description of the issue. Refund requests should be made within 3 days from the date of service.

Non-Refundable Items

All booking fees are non-refundable, irrespective of the reason for cancellation. No-show fees resulting from a customer not being present at the specified pick-up location are non-refundable.

Cancellation of Services

Customers can cancel their booking within the cancellation window, typically 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, to avoid cancellation fees.
